Powering Ontario's real estate professionals
Everything we deliver is built on four core commitments. These principles define how we serve our member associations and their REALTORS®.
ITSO's Matrix™ system is a full-featured listing environment built for depth, speed, and reliability. With more than 500 fields across property types, plus CMA tools, land registry data, neighbourhood insights, Authentisign with Transaction Desk, AnswerLink support, and live market statistics, REALTORS® have the core tools they need in one place.
ITSO's listing system is designed to give REALTORS® flexibility without compromising consistency. Member Associations can enforce Professional Standards and Arbitration directly or delegate them to ITSO, while integrated tools such as BrokerBay and ShowingTime support smoother showing workflows across different business models.
ITSO is moving toward a more modern security model built around OAuth-based authentication, multi-factor authentication, and centralized identity controls through REALTOR.ca SSO. As more products transition into that framework, users gain stronger account protection, cleaner access management, and a more consistent sign-in experience across connected services.
ITSO's regional professional standards and arbitration framework reinforces accountability across every listing platform user. The Arbitration Policy helps resolve commission disputes efficiently, while the Professional Standards Policy sets conduct expectations that go beyond the regulatory baseline and support a more trustworthy, competitive marketplace.
To deliver proven real estate tools and services that empower end users while elevating professionalism and promoting the standardization of data, policies, and processes.
Guide real estate professionals with a suite of reliable, comprehensive, innovative, and adaptable real estate tools and services to foster cooperation and facilitate access to all the real estate data needed to service consumers to a standard of professional excellence.
Through ITSO Member Associations, two subscriber tiers are available, each designed to match how you work.
Super Subscribers receive the same core platform access as Standard Subscribers, with the added ability to enter interboard listings directly into the system and manage their own listing states throughout the lifecycle. Available to any individual REALTOR® regardless of brokerage participation.
Standard Subscribers receive complete read access to the ITSO listing platform through their Member Association: the full market intelligence and productivity suite, without direct listing entry or status management capabilities.
Subscriber access does not include MPAC or GeoWarehouse data, Marketstats, CREA WEBForms® (Authentisign / Transaction Desk), ShowingTime or BrokerBay integration, or distribution of listings to REALTOR.ca or other public portals.
ITSO's WebAPI follows the RESO standard, one of the first adopted in Canada, and delivers consistent, reliable data distribution through the Bridge Agreement Management system in four feed types.
Enables brokerages to offer consumers a password-protected online service equivalent to the in-office experience. Includes Active, Conditional, Pending, Closed, Expired, Cancelled, and Suspended listings, plus two years of sold prices and co-operating commission data.
Advertise listings from the ITSO platform publicly on your website without requiring consumers to log in. Contains advertising-level data for Active listings from all participating brokerages, available for privately hosted sites or through an Authorized Technology Provider.
Advertising-level Active listing data distributed to non-brokerage consumer platforms, including national franchisor sites, economic development portals, and similar destinations. Listing inclusion requires consent from the Listing Brokerage or Member Association.
Display your office's active listings on your brokerage website, or power internal back-office tools such as accounting software. Back-office feed data is for internal use only and may not be published or shared publicly.
ITSO's Professional Standards program is the cornerstone of ethical real estate practice across all member associations. It establishes a clear, consistent framework that every REALTOR® is accountable to, covering listing accuracy, ethical advertising, co-operation between registrants, and the professional conduct that protects both clients and the industry's reputation.
When concerns are raised, the process is transparent, structured, and fair. Complaints are reviewed by trained and experienced volunteers who understand the nuances of organized real estate, and the process is managed by dedicated staff ensuring that every matter is handled with diligence and impartiality. The result is a marketplace that members and their clients can trust.
When commission disputes arise between member REALTORS® or brokerages, ITSO's Arbitration program provides a structured, impartial path to resolution. Rather than the cost and delay of litigation, arbitration delivers a faster, fairer outcome, guided by ITSO's regional framework and administered by experienced arbitrators who understand the full complexity of Ontario real estate transactions.
The process is confidential, binding, and built on the principle that disputes between colleagues should be resolved professionally. It preserves working relationships, protects commission entitlements, and reinforces the cooperative foundation that organized real estate depends on.
